1. Turn on your computer and go into internet explorer.2.In your internet browser go to: http://dl.qj.net/TOTALNewbi-easyInstaller-PSP-Tools-Utilities-(on-PC)/pg/12/fid/14749/catid/193 to download the needed free software.
3.Click on the download link and save to your desktop as a zipped file.
4. When download is done you should have the rar archive, extract the zipped file to a folder on your desktop. Name the folder "Newbie Easy Installer".
5. You will either hook your psp up by usb cable or by putting the memory card in a special port on your computer.
6. In the newly created folder look for a start.exe file and right click on the file and run it as administrator (very important on vista).
7. Then just follow the prompts on the program and you will have a magic memory stick.

9. It will probably ask for your drive letter, find this under computer (it is the drive that your PSP or memory card is connected to.)
9. It will take a while to load, thats normal. Sometimes it can take up to two hours.
10. Now Go back to the original tutorial and follow everything from "NOW DOWNGRADING AND INSTALLING THE CUSTOM FIRMWARE" It is the same from now on to install the Pandora battery and custom firmware.
